Breakfast buffet was extensive and a good start to the day. Our room was 14th floor corner with wrap around balcony and extensive views.

The location is great - one of the placed hotels in Gelsenkirchen. The staff was exceptional, helpful in every way and they smile! The room was quiet and well furnished, everything was in place. Maybe the pillows might be somehow better - that is my sincere opinion. The breakfast was a feast itself - very large selection, all of prime quality. Very nice tea selection - really one of the best in Germany.

We had to book last minute as we were let down by another provider. We arrived a little before 3pm but there was no questions asked and we were checked in straight away. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and all of the team were more than happy to help at any time, day or night.

clean room, nice surrounding area, private parking, very friendly reception desk. I have a problem with the TV that cannot be turned on, then I directly received the changes room.

Beautiful room with moquette, balcon and large bathroom. Very assorted salty/sweet breakfast service! Nice staff and an amazing park with small lake for take a walk.

Interior facility and rooms appeared brand new, they did not match the exterior. Highly recommend!
