clean room, nice surrounding area, private parking, very friendly reception desk. I have a problem with the TV that cannot be turned on, then I directly received the changes room.

it was so clean and comfortable rooms. hotel workers are kind and helpful people. the only problem was heating is not enough even Germany’s cold weather. thank you Plaza Hotel for everything see you next time

The room was very large and ideally located to walk into Gelsenkirchen town centre.

Simple standard hotel room, nothing to complain about. We use this hotel all the time when travel to Gelsenkirchen.
